Abucayon and Villamayor to join 2015 QUT Fellowship on e-learning
Two NOTED members, DR. RUBEN ABUCAYON of the Mindanao State University--Iligan Institute of Technology (SOT 2007) and PROF. MERCEDITA VILLAMAYOR of Bukidnon State University (SOT 2010) will leave in June for a one-month fellowship at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Australia. They are joining 13 other Fellows from different colleges and universities in the country who were invited by the UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, the lead institution, to participate in developing modules on e-Leadership and Innovative Teaching (ELITE), The fellowship is funded by the Australian government.
This present fellowship is an offshoot of the MBFI-QUT joint project that sent 10 NOTED members to Australia on a one-month Curriculum Leadership and Dynamic Education (CLADE) fellowship in May 2014.
